Dallas-Fort Worth Lawyer - Bankruptcy & Federal Litigation

Clayton Everett focuses his practice on federal matters, most particularly all aspects of bankruptcy, representing both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases. He particularly enjoys Chapter 11 reorganizations. Clayton cut his teeth practicing bankruptcy law with St. Clair Newbern, III, a legend of the Dallas-Fort Worth bankruptcy world.

Education

Clayton graduated in 2008 from Texas A & M University School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). During law school, Clayton interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and participated in the law school’s legal clinic, assisting need-based clients in navigating thorny issues in divorce proceedings and suits affecting the parent-child relationship.

When not zealously defending your rights or volunteering for the Texas Lawyers for Texas Veterans & West Texas Legal Aid, you will find Clayton playing and managing his adult soccer team, the Royal Passers. He is also an active volunteer with the Fort Worth Adult Soccer Association, where he serves with distinction on Appeals and Disciplinary Committee.
