Quinn focuses his practice on general civil litigation including both pre-trial and trial matters. He particularly works with tort litigation, administrative law, and civil rights. Quinn is the product of a family of attorneys and decided to carry on the family tradition by attending and graduating from Baylor Law School. Quinn is published in the Baylor Law Review for his comment: Private in Form, Public in Function: Why the U.S. Supreme Court Should Adopt the Nexus Exception to the State Action Doctrine.
Education
Quinn graduated summa cum laude from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. After university, he attended Baylor University School of Law. While there, Quinn was immersed in Baylor Law's infamous and rigorous Practice Court program where he studied under Jim Wren, Elizabeth Fraley, and Jeremy Counselor. He graduated from Baylor Law cum laude.
