Today, Norred Law sent a demand letter to Bell Helicopter / Textron, asking that it cease its inquisition-inspired exemption process. We then issued a press release on the issue, which is HERE.
We'll add more to this blog post as we go forward; this first posting is so folks have access to the press release. The demand letter is being held private for those who are involved, as we really do seek to handle this peacefully if possible, and we don't know if Bell is going to go through its multi-tiered sets of panels and then grant the exemption, or if it is just going through the motions and then will deny the requested exemptions, and lawsuits will result.
